Vertex up on Arthritis Drug results...

Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX) is up today after results from Phase II studies of its VX-509 drug showed significantly reduced signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

VRTX is up 0.58 to 45.18
